Manufacturing
of Travis, made of Galvanized iron pipe of inner dia 1.5 Inch, outer dia 1.885
Inch and 2.90 mm thickness of approved quality.
All
the joints to be welded heavily & continuously- cutting the pipe in a round
shape. At the bottom of the pipe there will be a plate of 6x6x0.25 inch
(LxWxD).
The
vertical adjustment pipe should have a long drilled hole of 3x0.5 inch as shown
in the drawing & two nos.3/8 inch nuts & bolts of 5 inch long.
The
bottom nut bolts can be welded for permanent fixing. A six feet long chain to
be fixed made of 3/8 inches plain rod as shown in the drawing. All the pipe
& M.S section to be painted as per your Demand.
